I'M ROB.

Believe it or not, I was born and raised in the suburbs of Toronto, Ontario.

I'm not sure if it was the state of our world that pushed me into the great outdoors, or whether it was just a calling that I finally responded to. Either way, I'm grateful to have landed here in the beautiful foothills of rural Alberta, where I get to live my passion every single day.

Like a drug, from the moment I downed my first bull elk on my first day of hunting, I was hooked. The sheer fulfilment of knowing I can provide food for my family, spurred me on to see what else I could do. Over the past few years, on top of hunting small & big game, I  have taken up archery, fishing, bushcraft & outdoor survivalism. Self-sufficiency is one of the greatest feelings in the world, but the problem is, our society has become too far removed from the basics of our very own survival. So knowing I can play a small roll in helping others learning these skills and create a greater sense of security & inner peace within their families, is something I take seriously.

Along side my 13-year career in law enforcement, I am grateful to align my passion for outdoor mastery with my wife's passion for business, and bring The Primal Hunting Co. into the marketplace, so I can be of service to you and your families.
